Shipping Information


All local orders will enjoy Complimentary Local Standard Courier 
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment.

All local deliveries are via doorstep courier, Ninjavan.
All international deliveries are via DHL. 

1) Local Standard Shipping:
All Standard Shipping comes with tracking and sms notification from the courier on the day of delivery
You will receive your order within 3-4 working days*
*Does not apply if there is a Pre-order item in the order

2) Local Express Shipping:
Express Shipping is a fixed fee of $4.50. 
All Express Shipping comes with tracking and sms notification from the courier on the day of delivery
You will receive your order within 1-2 working days*
*Does not apply if there is a Pre-order item in the order

Ninjavan delivers from Monday to Saturday 10am to 10pm
In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, Ninjavan will redeliver on the next working day (up to 3 redelivery attempts)
In the event of multiple failed deliveries, the customer will have to bear the re-delivery fees of $3.50

3) Standard International Shipping
Standard international shipping takes about 7-10 working days*, excluding customs checking or other unforseen circumstances
*Does not apply if there is a Pre-order item in the order
All standard international parcels will be dispatched by DHL E Commerce before being handed over to your local postage service for delivery
Due to the COVID-19 situation, kindly expect unforeseen delays in the delivery

4) Express International Shipping:
Standard international shipping takes about 2-3 working days*, excluding customs checking or other unforseen circumstances
*Does not apply if there is a BO item in the order

Kindly note that for international orders, there might be taxes or duty fees. These will be payable by the customer. 

Preorder Item(s):
If your order consists of a backorder/preorder item, your order will only be shipped after the BO/Preorder stocks have arrived if standard courier is chosen
If there are instocks & backorders in your order and you would like to them to be shipped separately kindly separate your orders.

I have yet to receive my orders what should I do?

FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS: Shipping can sometimes be delayed due to weekends or Public Holidays. If you do not receive your order after 10 business days, please contact us at info@sundayvalley.com for assistance.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: After we have shipped out your order, there might be unforeseen custom checks & delays. If you do not receive your order after 21 business days, please contact us at info@sundayvalley.com for assistance.
