INRI - Iēsus Nazarēnus, Rēx Iūdaeōrum; Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews
These were the very words written on the Holy Cross during Jesus' crucifixion and are printed on this bag as a bittersweet reminder of His Kingship even through His Passion and crucifixion.
The 7 leaves represent the 7 gifts of the Holy Spirit (Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Knowledge, Piety, Fortitude & Fear of the Lord) sent down upon Mary & the apostles on the first Pentecost in 33AD. Since green leaves are commonly recognized as a symbol of hope, we found it fitting that they represent the Spirit's gifts, the essence of Christian hope.
Meanwhile, the 2 points on either end of the circle are placed there to represent life and death respectively. Notice how the circle isn't complete and its gap filled by the leaves? It is a reminder that our lives arent complete until God is in them, and INRI in the middle reminds us that worshipping Him should be at the center of our lives, always.
It is our hope that you find as much meaning in this design as we do, and that you'll spread the light of God wherever you go with this bag! God bless ･:*:･ﾟ★,｡･:*:･ﾟ☆
